Robin Levine – Project Manager

Robin M. Levine is a Project Manager for the Office of Developmental Programs Consulting System located at PaTTAN King of Prussia.   She is responsible for the oversight and development of numerous statewide training initiatives, quality enhancement activities and website development.  Robin joined OCS in 2005, providing direct training and technical assistance on current topics to ODP, Administrative Entities and Supports Coordination Organizations.  Previously, Robin worked for 18 years as the Assistant Director of Technical Assistance at the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University responsible for the coordination of various training, technical assistance and quality improvement projects at a national, state and local level. Earlier in her career, she worked with families and individuals in a community family service agency and an inpatient psychiatric hospital.  Robin earned a Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University in 1977.
Sarah Naughton – Consultant
Sarah Naughton has worked as a Consultant with (OCS) since October 2003.  Her role encompasses working on statewide projects and initiatives, including web-based learning, particularly the College of Direct Support, system capacity, provider qualifications and Lifesharing.  Prior to joining OCS, Sarah worked for providers of disability services for more than 20 years in the areas of direct support, program management, quality improvement and assurance, and risk management.  Sarah is a certified Essential Lifestyle Planning trainer and facilitator of Personal Futures Planning circles for people with developmental disabilities and people with mental illness.  Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from the Pennsylvania State University.
